The latest Canada PR draw took place on August 15, 2023. A total of 4,300 candidates were invited to apply for permanent residence. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score cut-off was 496 CRS points.

This was an all-program draw, meaning that candidates from all eligible Express Entry programs were invited to apply. The cut-off was the lowest for an all-program draw since June 27, 2023.
