Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Austin Incorporation Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation or refund requests need to be made. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and fair treatment for both parties involved.
Service Cancellation
- Clients may request service cancellation by contacting our office directly.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing, either by email or by submitting a cancellation form available on our website.
- Depending on the stage of the process, cancellation fees may apply, and refunds will be provided as per our refund policy.
Fee Refund
- The total invoice amount includes our consultation fee and service fee.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the service fee and the stage of the process.
- Refunds will be processed within 60 working days after receiving the complete refund claim.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Austin Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for refunds of fees paid to Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, or any Embassy/Consulate/High Commission.
- Delays caused by third-party services such as Courier Services are beyond our control and cannot be claimed for a refund.
- If the visa is rejected due to reasons such as failure to attend the interview, non-compliance with requirements, medical failures, fraudulent documents, prior violations, or late submission of documents, no refund will be provided.
Change of Immigration Rules
- If there are changes in immigration rules or if a country stops accepting visa applications, Austin Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any refund.
Termination of Services
- Austin Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services without a refund if the client fails to submit required documents, maligns the company’s reputation, does not respond to communication, backs out due to personal reasons, or violates immigration or visa laws.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- Austin Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. maintains confidentiality and privacy of client information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
